Shipping Information for Product Purchases

Shipping Methods

International Shipping: DHL Express, FedEx, EMS
Domestic Shipping:
Within Japan: Sagawa Express
Within Singapore: Lalamove
Within Hong Kong: SF Express

Shipping Fees

Free shipping is available for single orders over 100,000 JPY (approximately 5,000 HKD / 900 SGD).

Free shipping applies to the following regions:

Within Japan (Sagawa Express)
Within Singapore (Lalamove)
Within Hong Kong (SF Express)

*Note: If the order amount is less than 100,000 JPY (5,000 HKD / 900 SGD), shipping fees will be charged according to the carrier's regulations.

Delivery Time

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days (depending on the destination and logistics conditions).

*Note: Delivery time may be affected by weather or traffic conditions.

Shipping Notes

Import and export restrictions on specific materials: Some special material products are restricted by import and export regulations and can only be purchased from inventory stored in your country. You can confirm the inventory location on the product page.
The following costs must be paid separately by the customer:
Customs duties and related fees imposed by each country's customs (import taxes, tariffs, handling fees, etc.)
Additional shipping fees generated by logistics providers not designated by XIAOMA.

Shipping Process for Home Collection Service

When using the home collection service, please be sure to confirm the following instructions:

Process for Shipping from Within Japan

1.
Our company will send you a specialized packaging kit for the collection.
2.
Please fill out the collection/consignment application form included in the kit.
3.
Use the packaging materials provided in the kit to securely package the product and its accessories. Please ensure nothing is missing.
4.
Please attach a copy of your identification document (e.g., driver's license, insurance card, special permanent resident certificate or residence card, basic resident register, personal identification card, etc.).
5.
Attach the shipping label included in the packaging kit to the outside of the box and ship it according to the specified instructions.

Process for Shipping from Overseas

1.
Please log into the member section of the official website to confirm your valuation application status.
2.
Download and print the shipping label from the member section.
3.
Prepare your own packaging materials and securely pack the product and its accessories. Please ensure nothing is missing.
4.
Please attach a copy of your identification document (e.g., driver's license, insurance card, special permanent resident certificate or residence card, basic resident register, personal identification card, etc.).
5.
Attach the shipping label downloaded from the member section to the outside of the box and ship it according to the specified instructions.

Important Notes:

The identification document must confirm your current residence address.
Before shipping, please ensure the product, accessories, and related documents are complete.
To avoid damage during transit, please package the product carefully.

Shipping Guidelines for Exotic Leather Products

When shipping exotic leather products (such as crocodile skin, lizard skin, etc.), please pay special attention to the following points:

CITES Restrictions: Bags made with exotic leathers such as crocodile or lizard may not be eligible for international shipping due to regulations under the Washington Convention (CITES).
2.
Customs Inspections and Clearance Risk: Items may be held or delayed during customs inspection and clearance procedures. Please note that these customs procedures are beyond our control.
3.
XIAOMA's Receiving Regions: Our company accepts shipments in Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore. All regions are subject to the regulations of the Washington Convention and other relevant laws. Please ensure you thoroughly check the legal requirements for each region before shipping.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges for Purchases

We only accept return or exchange requests under the following conditions:

The product is confirmed to have manufacturing defects or flaws.
The received product does not match the ordered item.

Note:

Returns are accepted only if defects not explicitly indicated by our company occur.
These issues must be reported on the same day the product is received.
Some items are not eligible for returns. If you are unsure whether the item you are considering purchasing can be returned, feel free to contact us.

Home Collection Returns

If you decide to cancel a home collection item, we will return the product to you at no additional charge.
