Any address change after dispatch requires prior written confirmation from us. Depending on logistics conditions and security risks, we reserve the right to decline address change requests.
We are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, misdelivery, or other risks caused by direct address changes with the courier, forwarding services, or third-party receiving services, including forwarding warehouses, hotels, or proxy receiving locations.
Once the courier marks the shipment as delivered and signed, the delivery will be considered completed, and responsibility and risk for the item will transfer to the recipient.
