  • Appointment: Please make an appointment by phone, online, or via social media. Our skilled appraisers will conduct a careful evaluation in-store.
  • Evaluation Process: Evaluations are typically completed within 5–10 minutes. Once you agree with the offered amount, payment is made on the spot. This method is ideal for those seeking quick cash.
  • Cancellations: If you are not satisfied with the appraisal result, please inform us without hesitation. No cancellation or appraisal fees will be charged.
  • Required Items: When visiting the store, please bring the item(s) for sale along with a valid form of identification (driver’s license, passport, or Government-issued ID).

2. Mail-in Purchase

  • Process: Application ➡ Online Evaluation ➡ Item Shipment ➡ Final Evaluation ➡ Payment
  • Application: Apply for a purchase online and register information such as images of the item. A professional appraiser will conduct an initial online evaluation.
  • Shipment: Once you agree with the preliminary evaluation, send the item to us. Shipping costs are covered by our company.
  • Shipping Instructions:
    • For Domestic Shipping: Please follow the designated shipping method outlined in our “Shipping Guide.”
    • For International Shipping: Comply with regulations such as the “Washington Convention.” We are not responsible for customs issues.
  • Final Evaluation: Upon receiving the item, we will conduct a final evaluation within 24 hours, notifying you of the final offer via email and your online account. Once you approve the offer, payment will be processed promptly.
