• We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, UnionPay, AliPay, PayPal, WeChat Pay, and Diners Club.
• If your credit card payment is unsuccessful, we will reserve your order for 30 minutes.
• We also accept bank remittances. Please contact our team before paying by bank remittance so we can reserve your order. Bank remittances should be paid to the following account:

• For domestic orders of 300,000 yen and under, you can pay cash on arrival with Sagawa Express. Sagawa Express’ handling fee for this service is:
  • 300 yen for orders under 10,000 yen
  • 440 yen for orders of 10,001 to 30,000 yen
  • 660 yen for orders of 30,001 to 100,000 yen
  • 1,100 yen for orders of 100,001 to 300,000 yen
• If you are visiting our boutique, you can also pay in cash.

Payment Security

To reduce the risk of credit card fraud, Ginza Xiaoma supports 3D Secure (3DS) credit cards. If your credit card does not support 3D Secure authentication, you may be able to upgrade it on your card issuer’s official website. Alternatively, please consult your card issuer directly about upgrading.

We use multi-factor verification to support cards without 3D verification. The procedure will vary depending on the safety measures of your card provider. Please contact your card issuer if you have any concerns regarding your payment.

Currencies

You can choose to shop on the website in US dollars (USD), Japanese Yen (JPY), Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) or Chinese Yuan (RMB). At checkout, your order will be charged in Japanese Yen.

We endeavor to show accurate price conversions based on the latest exchange rates, but please note that you will be charged in Japanese Yen and the exchange rate of your e-payment or card provider may vary slightly from the prices we display in USD, HKD and RMB.

Payment Deadline

If we are unable to confirm payment within one day of your order, we will cancel it. We advise you to contact your card issuer directly for details of why your transaction couldn’t be confirmed.

If you are paying via Bank Remittance, please upload proof of payment in the Members Center within one day to secure your order.

Delivery Costs

All of our domestic orders are shipped free of charge with Sagawa Express. International orders are shipped with DHL. Orders under 300,000 yen will be charged a flat rate of 5,000 yen. Orders of 300,000 yen and up will be charged 20,000 yen. Registered members of Ginza Xiaoma enjoy free shipping on all orders above 300,000 yen.

Customs, Import Duties and Taxes

Any additional customs, import duties and tax accrued are the responsibility of the customer to pay. These charges vary from country to country. We recommend checking with the relevant authorities before placing your order.
