Submit information about the item for consignment through our official online store or SNS. Our expert staff will assess the brand, model, condition, and market demand to propose a fair price.
Once we receive the item, a final evaluation will be completed within 24 hours. We will notify you of the final price via email and your online account.
If you agree with the final price, we will enter into a three-month consignment sales contract. After the contract period, the agreement renews automatically, and consignment extensions are available upon request.
Your item will be promoted in our Ginza flagship store, official online store, and across social media. This broad exposure enhances visibility and increases the likelihood of a successful sale.
Once the item is sold, we promptly inform you of the sale details. Payment is made via the pre-agreed method (cash or bank transfer).
The consigned goods will be settled within one business day after items are sold and the full payment is received, based on the currency and amount specified in the contract.
If an item is under negotiation or reservation, it cannot be switched to direct purchase or terminated from the consignment agreement.
