REFUNDS & RETURNS

After the shipment of our products, we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer's personal reasons.

 

Return Conditions: Returns or exchanges are possible only if there is a defect in the product, and only if you contact us on the day of the product's arrival. We will bear the cost of shipping and handling fees. Please be sure to return the product using the same packaging materials that were used during delivery.

 

Please note that some products are not eligible for return.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

After accepting and inspecting the return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

 

Delays or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

If there is no mistake with the information you provided, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

We accept refunds for regular-priced items, but unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
