Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the packaged size of the item, its stock location and the delivery address, and are paid together with your order.

Free shipping applies in the following cases:

• Domestic delivery: the item is shipped to an address within the country or region where it is stocked
• Orders placed by GOLD and PLATINUM members, including international shipping

For all other international orders, the shipping fee and currency are shown at checkout.

※ The stock location of each item is shown on its product page. A single order cannot include items from different stock locations.

※ Some destinations, and items too large for our couriers to carry, are not yet available for online purchase. A notice will appear at checkout; please contact Customer Service for assistance.

Any additional customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are the customer's responsibility. These charges vary by country and region. Please check with the relevant authorities before placing your order.

• Cash on delivery: a COD handling fee applies (Japan only)
• Bank transfer from overseas: the transfer fee is the customer’s responsibility

Items made of exotic leather are sold in Japan only. International shipping is not available; international customers are asked to pick up these items at a store.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons after an item has been shipped.
• If an item is defective, a return or exchange is available only when you contact us on the day it arrives. We cover the shipping and handling fees.
• Refunds are transferred to a bank account in the purchaser’s name within 3 days after we confirm receipt of the returned item.
