Delivery Information

We take the utmost care of your Hermès handbags, and use trusted couriers for each delivery.  All of our domestic orders are delivered by Sagawa Express and our international orders are shipped with DHL. All orders are tracked and require a signature on delivery. Tracking information for your order is provided in the Members’ Center


If you have a preferred courier, please contact our team via the chatbot. We will do our utmost to fulfill your request, though the price may vary from our standard shipping fees. 


If you would like to request insurance for your delivery, please contact our team via the chatbot, who can set it up for you at an additional cost. 


How to Order

If you are a registered member, you can login for a seamless checkout process. If you are not a member and do not wish to become one, you can also make purchases via the website as a guest. You will need to enter your information when making your purchase. Please note that only registered members can take advantage of free international shipping on orders above 300,000 yen. 


Order Processing Time

We usually ship within 1-2 business days after receiving full payment. You can check the progress of your order in the Members’ Center.  


Shipping Costs 

All of our domestic orders are shipped free of charge with Sagawa Express. 

International orders are shipped with DHL. Orders under 300,000 yen will be charged a flat rate of 5,000 yen. Orders of 300,000 yen and up will be charged 20,000 yen. 

Registered members of Ginza Xiaoma enjoy free shipping on all orders above 300,000 yen.

Shipping Time

Orders typically take between 3 and 7 days, depending on your region. Track your order via the information provided in the Members’ Center.


Customs, Taxes and Duties

Any additional customs, import duties and tax accrued are the responsibility of the customer to pay. These charges vary from country to country. We recommend checking with the relevant authorities before placing your order.


Exotic Skins

Items made of exotic skins are only available for domestic purchase. International customers must opt to pick up exotic purchases at our physical store, as global delivery is currently unavailable.


Returns & Exchange Policy  

Ginza Xiaoma doesn’t accept returns or facilitate exchanges. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you have thoroughly checked the condition of your order. All of our items are documented with extensive photographs and descriptions on the website. We also advise you to ask our sales team to provide you with further photos prior to shipping so you are entirely satisfied with the condition of your purchase. 


Due to the limitations of photography, we suggest all buyers check both the color name and code of the item they are buying against the corresponding color on an Hermès color chart. This will ensure they are making a fully-informed purchase and avoid any potential disappointment.
